Our journey to clarity
After years in leadership across local government, social housing, construction, and the NHS, I noticed recurring patterns: hard work often led to delayed delivery, unrecognised benefits, and unclear team objectives. This resulted in excessive rework, endless meetings, and blurred decision-making boundaries.
Vandenhove Consulting was founded to address these challenges. I am here to remove barriers to delivery, help organisations understand their risks, and guide them in making better decisions. My aim is to provide the clarity that enables businesses to truly grow and thrive.
